These rules are immutable according to Rule 102. while this rule remains in force, they must be transmuted before they may be changed.

These rules are mutable according to Rule 102. They may be directly amended or repealed without previously transmuting them. According to Rule 114, and while it remains in force, this list may not be empty.

This is the set of rules that has been proposed but not adopted. In accordance with Rule 108, and while it remains in force, they will be numbered consecutively from 301 onwards.

This is the set of rules that are no longer in force.

This table shall reflect transmutations, renumberings, amendments and repeals of rules.

1. Initial number shall indicate the number the rule had before the change.
2. Event shall indicate the type of change. which may be:
   1. Transmutation (change mutability) indicating the final state.
   2. Repeal.
   3. Amendment.
3. Current number shall indicate the number of the rule after the change, which shall be NaN–not a number–for repeals.
4. Operating rule is the number of the rule which caused the change.
