==== Immutable rules. ====

These rules are immutable according to [[.1:102|Rule 102]]. while this rule remains in force, they must be transmuted before they may be changed.

==== Proposed rules. ====

This is the set of rules that has been proposed but not adopted. In accordance with [[.1:108|Rule 108]], and while it remains in force, they will be numbered consecutively from 301 onwards.

==== Repealed rules. ====

This is the set of rules that are no longer in force.

==== Rule modifications. ====

This table shall reflect transmutations, renumberings, amendments and repeals of rules.

  - Initial number shall indicate the number the rule had before the change.
  - Event shall indicate the type of change. which may be:
    - Transmutation (change mutability) indicating the final state.
    - Repeal.
    - Amendment.
  - Current number shall indicate the number of the rule after the change, which shall be //NaN//--not a number--for repeals.
  - Operating rule is the number of the rule which caused the change.
